Regional Loan Originators

Loan Officers with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation will originate, underwrite and close commercial loans for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services agents and their clients, as well as other investors. They must have the ability to source commercial loans in their local markets on a direct basis with clients. Candidates should possess experience in underwriting multi-family and commercial loans and knowledge of lenders and their loan programs, including local, regional, national, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae lenders. Requires bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field. This position requires strong sales skills, a keen work ethic, self-motivation and the ability to work well with minimal day-to-day supervision. Candidates should have solid computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
