Regional Loan Originators
Loan Officers with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation will originate, underwrite
and close commercial loans for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services
agents and their clients, as well as other investors. They must have the ability
to source commercial loans in their local markets on a direct basis with clients.
Candidates should possess experience in underwriting multi-family and commercial
loans and knowledge of lenders and their loan programs, including local, regional,
national, Fannie Mae and Fannie Mae lenders. Requires bachelor's degree in business,
finance or related field. This position requires strong sales skills, a keen work
ethic, self-motivation and the ability to work well with minimal day-to-day supervision.
Candidates should have solid computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft
Word and Excel.
